At Matcha Mami, our story began with two friends sharing a deep passion for matcha. We were on a mission to find a matcha that was truly exceptional : authentic, delicious, and of the highest quality. But here, nothing lived up to our expectations. Every matcha we tried seemed to fall short of the vibrant, smooth, and perfectly balanced flavour we knew was possible.

That’s when we decided it was time to create our own. After carefully exploring and testing countless options, we finally discovered the one. Grown in Kyoto, Japan, a region celebrated for its traditional farming methods and ideal growing conditions. Our matcha is hand-harvested to preserve its vibrant green colour, rich nutrients, and creamy, umami flavour. Naturally smooth and free of bitterness, it’s a matcha that truly stands apart.
