Our matcha comes directly from Kyoto, Japan, a region renowned for its centuries-old tradition of cultivating the finest matcha. Thanks to Kyoto’s ideal climate, nutrient-rich soil, and expert tea farmers, our matcha is vibrant green, smooth in texture, and rich in umami flavor, making it one of the highest ceremonial-grade matcha available.

Matcha can be enjoyed hot or cold, with or without milk, depending on your preference.

To prepare a traditional matcha:
1. Sift 1/2 teaspoon (1g) of matcha powder into a bowl.
2. Add 70 ml (2.4 oz) of hot water (around 70°C/160°F – not boiling).
3. Whisk using a bamboo whisk or an electric frother until the matcha is smooth and frothy.
4. If desired, you can add more water or milk to adjust the taste.

For a traditional matcha, use about 1/2 teaspoon (1g) of matcha powder.

If you prefer a stronger taste, you can use up to 1 teaspoon (2g).

To maintain freshness, store your matcha in a cool, dry place away from light, heat, and moisture. Ideally, keep it in the fridge to preserve its color and flavor.

Matcha provides a gentle and sustained energy boost without the jitters or crashes associated with coffee. It contains L-theanine, which promotes relaxation and focus, as well as antioxidants that support overall health.
