1. Purpose
This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the conditions applicable to refund requests for products purchased from Matcha Mami Inc.(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
2. No Returns
For quality control and hygiene reasons, returns are not permitted, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Eligible Products for Refund
A refund may be granted only in the following case:
• The product received does not match the order placed (wrong item).
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, as determined by the delivery tracking information.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, the customer must:
• Contact the Company’s customer service at contact@matchamami.com, providing proof of purchase and photos showing the issue (e.g., incorrect order);
• Wait for the Company to assess the request, as it reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy;
• If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
5. General Provisions
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Company’s website.
By purchasing from the Company, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Policy.
